Quality Pet Care
For over 6 years, Holly Hearts have been serving the pets and families of Portland, OR. My mission is to care and connect with your animals and creating everlasting friendships. Holly (and sometimes her husband Daniel) treats every animal as if it were my own and ensure that they receive the highest quality care while you're away, which can mean going the extra mile and spending more time with them beyond my basic timeframes (shhh!).

Not only will you get excellent pet care service, but Holly Hearts Co. enjoys providing stellar photos of your animal family members. You will walk away with at least a couple solid shots of your critters. We believe the photos we take will be ones that you will cherish over the years. The more you book with us, the more photos you get!

The fee for pick up & drop off are $15 per trip. I do not do service outside of 5 miles of my location.
EXPLANATION ON PRICING
IF you have a dog and a cat, it will be dog pricing with a cat add-on service. If you do not pick up your animal by the agreed time you will be charged a late fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I require cancellation within three weeks of booking. I will ask for 30% of the total payment if I have not received that already.

The story behind Holly Hearts Co.
My name is Holly, and I have been caring for animals since I moved to Portland more than six years ago. It started out as a fun thing to do on the side of my career in the specialty coffee industry and continued because of how fulfilled I felt caring for such loving animals.
Years later, I developed a disability that prevented me from continuing to work in coffee. As I sat with myself after this traumatic incident, I decided to embrace the passion project that had always been so life-giving and expand my pet services into a full-time business.
Although Holly Hearts Co. was created out of a difficult circumstance, I couldn’t be happier with making this my livelihood because I get to spend time with amazing pets just like yours!
While Holly mostly runs the show, her animal loving husband (Daniel) on occasion will also help out and take care of Holly Hearts Co. clients. The only time he will not care for your animals is if they have anxiety around new people, have difficulties with men, etc. We truly care about what is best for the animals.
